Our procedures for handling complaints follow the complaints policy, which you can find in the terms and conditions. Full terms for withdrawing from the contract can be found in our general terms and conditions. Returns and complaints for goods bought on promotion are governed by the same rules. When you submit a form, you acknowledge these terms.

Unused and undamaged goods purchased in the e-shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you received a gift with your order or product, you must also return it.
